Connect TikTok

Once connected, we deliver purchases to TikTok's Events API server-side, with the click IDs we capture on your domain — so paid TikTok traffic gets credited even when the browser pixel is blocked.

What you need

Your advertiser ID and your pixel code, both from TikTok Ads Manager. The advertiser ID is under your account name in the top bar (and in the page's address as aadvid=); the pixel code is in Tools → Events → Web Events → your pixel, listed as Pixel ID.

Steps

  1. 1
Open Integrations and click Connect on TikTok Events

In your Hyper Tracking dashboard, go to Integrations. On the TikTok Events card, click Connect.

  2. 2
    Enter your advertiser ID

Type it into the TikTok advertiser ID field and click Continue.

  3. 3
    Authorize on TikTok

You'll be sent to TikTok for Business to approve the connection. Sign in and accept.

  4. 4
    Finish setup

Back on the card, fill in Pixel code (and optionally Test event code from your pixel's Test Events tab), then click Finish setup. The badge flips to Connected.

No conversions are sent while the badge reads "Setup incomplete" — the pixel code is required before delivery turns on.

What gets sent

Purchases with the TikTok click ID (ttclid) we captured when the visitor first landed, plus hashed customer signals — never raw emails or IPs (see Data & privacy). Shared event IDs keep server events deduplicated against your browser pixel.
